He has 15 + years restaurant experience as an owner and operator in businesses ranging from full service to; fine dining, banquet facilities and off premises catering in both single and multi-unit operations. In his career he has designed facilities, product offerings, menus and operational strategies. He has been recruited to open, consult and manage a variety of restaurant themes. Byron began his restaurant career in 1988 in South Carolina as a per diem bartender. Soon after, he developed the skills and drive to become a successful restaurateur. After years as an owner/operator, Byron discovered his innate ability to help others fulfill their aspirations in the food and beverage industry. His strong analytical skills and business savvy has proven positive assisting others in the food and beverage industry.
